Tianjin Metallurgical Group Tiancai Science & Technology Co Ltd (formerly Tianjin metallurgy and Materials Research Institute, founded in 1960) is a wholly owned Tianjin Metallurgy Group Co limited liability company, in January 2003 in the bonded area of incorporation, the company is located in Tianjin Airport Economic Zone Air Road No. 60, the registered capital of 337 million yuan. The company is located thirteen functional departments and two centres (R & D center, Science Center), a total of nineteen departments and four manufacturing department, the existing staff of nearly 300 people, the factory covers an area of more than 6 square meters, construction area of more than 40 thousand square meters, including workshop building area of nearly 35 thousand square meters.

Precision alloy mainly develop, produce different grades of different specifications (including FeCrCo permanent magnet alloy, soft magnetic alloy, elastic alloy, expansion alloy, resistance alloy), high temperature alloy, titanium alloy, special steel, stainless steel wire, tubes, rods, profiles and belt.
The company has the production of military products for small diameter stainless steel seamless pipe supporting bright annealing furnace, ultrasonic testing production line, imported from the tape production line, titanium wire production line, light submerged arc welding wire production line, the magnetic material production line. Precision strip products are put into operation in May 2011, the overall design of precision special materials annual production capacity of 15 thousand tons, the main products are stainless steel, high temperature alloy, precision alloy, titanium alloy and etc.; delivery condition of ANN, 1/2H, 3/4H, FH, EH, hardness and surface state level. The company has advanced equipment, high technological level, strong product testing ability. Over the years, a large number of military research projects and key models of engineering batch production pilot task, won the international awards and dozens of national and provincial, municipal awards.
